- Purchase data: product, amount, license key and order reference.
- Technical data: IP address and basic logs, used for security and anti-fraud.
Payment data
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe acts as an independent processor under its own privacy terms.
Why we use it
To deliver your license, provide support and updates, issue invoices, prevent fraud and comply with our legal obligations.
Sharing
We only share data with the processors needed to run the service (payment, email delivery, hosting). We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep purchase and invoicing records for as long as legally required, and contact data while you remain a customer.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@duneslabs.com.
